Job Description
AM, Campaign Execution (DBM)
The position is based out of Bangalore, India and the focus of the role is to work with the clients in helping build the best enterprise architecture for their ecosystem. Ensure smooth delivery, client engagement and growth of a large Hi-Tech account in US. It is imperative for this person to have deep campaign management knowledge and experience of change management.
Responsibilities- This role will be responsible for building and leading the digital marketing roadmap, defining strategy, execution on multi-channel campaigns to deliver an outstanding online experience
- To support in the marketing campaign execution journey for a leading firm to migrate and execute campaigns from leading marketing automation platform to custom build Notebook in Python
- Partner with key partners to ensure the transparency of the requirements and expectations; monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand; establish critical metrics or other metrics to monitor successful products/service delivery, as per agreed requirements.
- Serve as primary contact for external & internal teams to establish tracking protocols for all channels
- Provide technical mentorship & direction to teams
- Actively engage with work-streams and engagement of delivery partners to track the progress of deliverables, coordinate Genpact internal and Client reviews and associated approvals, to enable timely completion as per the project plan. This includes requirement documents, functional and transformation design and roadmap documents etc.
- Ability to encourage and inspire change in technology application
- Bachelor s or master s in computer science or related field from a reputable institute.
- Previous work experience in Core and Advanced Java programming with SME knowledge on Identity and Access Management Technologies like OIM, OKTA, driving adoption, improve business delivery across verticals as Delivery Head
- Hands on experience in Unica, SAS, SQL (Python preferable)
- Ability to stay on top of technology innovations and eager to continuously learn.
- Superb communication skills verbal, written, presentation, conflict management
- Skill gap identification and development of our global teams
- Excellent verbal and written presentation communication skills
- Experienced in working closely with Marketing consultants and Program Managers to deliver outstanding marketing campaigns
- Ownership of completion of all marketing campaign setup tasks and/or components including any change requests applicable to the campaign in an accurate and timely manner
- Experienced in Campaign Execution using Unica, SQL, SAS etc.
- Comfortable in transferring business knowledge to technical code.
- Sound knowledge of development methodology related to agile
- Excellent Data Analysis skills & Independent client handling & execution ability
- Excellent interpersonal skills and people management skills
- Conflict resolution and thought leadership
- Open to learning new tools and technologies such as Python
