Roles and Responsibilities
1. Setting individual sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives for the assigned region.
2. Take business to a new level independently (Growth of minimum 250MT-300MT per month in six months)
3. Identification of new customers to ensure budgeted growth and new business development
4. Meeting sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; initiating corrective actions.
5. Addressing customer complaints & ensuring timely resolution of the same in defined time.
6. Analysing market trends, discover new opportunities for growth, close eyes on competitors strategy/activities.
7. Maintaining and increasing sales trends with timely collection of payments.
8. Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term.
9. Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions.

Person with techno commercial skills, having relevant experience in PVC Compounding business.
