Roles and Responsibilities
1. Setting individual sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives for the export business.
2. Take business to a new level independently specially in South East Asia and Middle East.
3. Identification of new customers to ensure budgeted growth and new business development.
4. Build relationship with existing customers to ensure repeat business and focus on continual new business development.
5. Meeting sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; initiating corrective actions.
6. Addressing customer complaints & ensuring timely resolution of the same in defined time.
7. Analysing market trends, discover new opportunities for growth, close eyes on competitors strategy/activities.
8. Maintaining and increasing sales trends with timely collection of payments.
9. Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term.
Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions.
Desired Profile : Relevant experience in PVC/Chemicals/Polymers business.
