Greetings!!!

We at PeopleSense Management Consultants is actively looking for "Technical Solutions Engineer - Cloud Application Specialist" Role with MNC Healthcare Industry based in Mumbai.

Shift Timings: US Shift.

Required Skill Sets:
  • Understanding of Citrix / Azure / Terminal Services / thin client solutions.
  • Deep understanding of cloud computing technologies, business drivers, and emerging computing trends.
  • Proficient understanding of standard tools used in and service and testing of network and computer systems.
  • Experience planning, configuration, optimization and deploying various Cloud solutions.
  • Computer and Networking Skills required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to make decisions independently.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and front line clinical and technical support via ACD (automatic call distribution), outbound calls, email (or other method) as specified within company standards and guidelines
  • Receive escalations and provide expert solutions to complex customer issues in an accurate and timely
  • manner.
  • Support the installation of equipment and network configurations
  • Develop standards and guidelines to be utilized in our cloud support offerings
  • Create and document training materials and deliver training for Internal staff
  • Maintain and increase product knowledge on applicable products/applications via training, documentation and personal research
  • Maintain and increase quality and technical evaluation scoring
  • Document issues and resolutions thoroughly and efficiently in the CRM
  • Follow proper procedures for processing RMAs, defective products, etc and approve dispatch to customer site of NSP
  • Provide input for new products, features, product usability and supportability
  • Escalate issues following the escalations guidelines as needed
  • Submit proposed solutions to issues in knowledge base and for internal/external documentation
  • Perform shift work as scheduled
  • Willing to travel to customers site for installation, training, or service on occasion
  • Perform any tasks as directed by his/her supervisor
  • Successful completion of CS Solutions certification program within one year from date of hire.
