Should work as a part of Quality Control team which includes Physical and Flammability testing's and managed the first report generation section.

Performed flammability testing's, evaluation of different finishes, testing parameters like count, stitch length, bursting strength, tensile strength, shrinkage, spirality, color fastness, pilling resistance test, skewing or bowing for striped fabrics.

Flammability testing for clothing, knit wears, carpets and rugs, curtains and upholstery, beddings and comfort textile materials. Performed tests referring to various standards like AATCC, ASTM, Marks & Spencer, ISO, BS, C&A, CFR etc.

Chemical Testing include fiber identification and fiber composition, formaldehyde content, pH of textile determination, absorbency test, etc.

Checking of all instrument calibration records and preparation of calibration schedule. Attending audits organized by NABL and M&S.

Should be good in handling MIS report.

Textile chemistry & chemical analysis (MSDS/MRSL/ZDHC) Auditing & certification (GOTS, GRS, OCS, RCS)
