The Muthoot Group is hiring "Customer Relation Officer" (FEMALE), for Bhubaneswar Location.
Job Role :- Sales - Team Leader
Industry:- Any (Preferring BFSI)
Qualification:- Minimum Graduate
Experience Required:- Proven work experience as Customer Relation Officer / Manager / A Team Leader (sales)

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices
- Experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Problem-solving attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Aptitude for fostering positive relationships
- Teamwork and leadership skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
Responsibilities
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
- Set clear team goals
- Delegate tasks and set deadlines
- Oversee day-to-day operation
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics
