CANDIDATES WHO HAS INTERNATIONAL VOICE EXPERIENCE CAN APPLY

IMPORTANT : Flexible to do work from home till Dec-21 post which you have to report to office

Basic Requirement :

• Candidates should have 1 year of international BPO (voice) experience or Excellent communication skills.
• Basic knowledge about ISP, Telecom, Networking, Customer Support,troubleshootig,taking remote access.
• Graduates and Undergraduate with experience both can apply
• Flexible to Work from Home and office
• Candidates with customer care / Tech support/ Telecom Background preferred
• Should be flexible with rotational sift
• Two way cab will be provided
• 5 days working 2 days off
• Work Location - Hi Tech City - Hyderabad

Experience

• At least 1-3 years in Tech support environment desirable or similar profile from an International voice process.
• Excellent communication can also apply

Knowledge & Skills

• Fluent in English verbal and Nonverbal
• Excellent telephone skills
• Customer focused
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
• Ability to adapt to continuously changing procedures and environment
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills

Salary from 3LPA - 4.1 LPA
