Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
• Documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (offer, confirmation, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
• Conduct initial on boarding & orientation of newly hired employees
• Conducting Background verification of new hires.
• Organize, maintain and update employee HRIS information as needed
• Deal with employee requests related to human resources.
• Executing end to end off boarding formalities

Desired Candidate Profile

• Degree in business, human resource management, psychology or any other related field
  
• First practical experience advantageous
  
• Ability to communicate effectively with people throughout the organization
  
• Strong interpersonal and listening
  
• Motivation to constantly learn and develop the own knowledge and skills
  
• Self-assured manner, also towards people in rather high positions
