Job Description

As an IT Analyst, you will be a part of Flipkart's Corporate IT vertical supporting the team on various software applications used by employees. You will be responsible for

• Partner with application owners, users and stakeholders to develop requirements for requested enhancements
• Recommend technical solutions taking into account priorities and tradeoffs, and drive alignment among stakeholders
• Support technical troubleshooting and escalations with vendors and technology partners
• Ability to understand Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and provide support to ensure compliance is achieved
• Develop reports
• Test out changes carried out to systems and document the findings
