Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Visiting Branches under the based Head Quarter for business development.
And achievement of assigned target currently Rs. 5 lacs Vehicle Insurance per month from base Head Quarter to be reviewed every quarter.
Maintaining cordial relations and Coordinating with our associates like Aditya Birla and other Insurance companies
Identifying the weak branches on monthly basis and turning them to productive branches by regular visits giving on job training to branch staff and displaying selling skills at branches.
Identifying new arenas for business development other than the MFL branches through self contacts and through scanning the branch data.
Monitor market intelligence within the industry in terms of market development, new schemes, competitors activities, etc
Upgrading the sales skills of branch staff in respect of Vehicle Insurance by organizing regular meetings.
Preparation of all MIS reports based on the feed back received from the Branches/Regions. Any other work allotted from time to time by the competent authority.

Who can apply?

* Male candidates required

* Minimum 1 yr experience in General Insurance Sector ( Vehicle Insurance Experience preferred).

* Should be a full time graduate.

* Maximum 30 yrs of age.
