Designation: Area Sales Manager ( Team + Individual target )

Responsibilities:

Develop a growth strategy focused on both financial gains and client satisfaction.
Conduct research to identify new market & customer needs.
Arrange business meetings/demos with prospective clients.
Ensure daily cold calls/demos & follow-ups are done by each team member.
Ensure each team member's monthly Target is achieved.
Manage and motivate the team to achieve the set goals.
Promote the company's product & services addressing the client's objectives.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople.
Review & provide feedback to team members every month.

Required Candidate profile:

New Client Acquisition & Revenue Generation.

Timely follow-up on all the product leads opportunities.

Achievement of Product wise target.

Explore opportunities for new business development.
