Duties and Responsibilities Engaging with customers business process owners and users to gather business requirements Interpret them and convert into SAP functional solutions Conduct workshops with client stakeholders independently Acting ina n SME capacity on SAP delivery projects whether as functional consultant process expert or providing quality assurance SAP S 4HANA QM configuration and functional specifications across the entire module Build the QM solution as per client req uirement SAP S 4HANA best practices and industry needs Carry out functional test of the solution log error interact with technical team to resolve issues Perform cut over data migration tasks for the module Provide knowledge transfer andtr aining to key users Skills and Experience Strong track record in SAP engagements ideally from a respected consulting firm Comfortable with engaging with business stakeholders The experience of having participated in a minimum of 3 4 QM imple mentations and or rollouts out of which minimum of 2 implementations on S 4HANA Should have worked with QM integrated with PP SD and MM Configuration experience across all S 4HANA QM sub modules Quality Management Quality Planning Quality I nspection Test equipment management Audit Management and experience of integrating with shop floor systems MES Knowledge of integrating with other core modules PP SD FICO MM etc Knowledge of integrating SAP QM with other 3rd party applica tions Awareness of all most QM related functionalities Experience of the relevant delivery methodologies and designing estimating change requests enhancements projects Experience in working with global clients in a distributed onshore off shore model Experience of working in Agile Scrum and DevOps will be an added advantage Experience in working with clients in Middle East region and experience in metals industry would be an added advantage.
