Job description :

Create and implement end-to-end technical hiring processes to ensure selection of qualified candidates.
Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build database / pipelines of potential IT candidates as per the existing / upcoming Hiring requirements.
Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure quick interview process.
Handle the entire recruitment process which would include sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview co-ordination, reference checks and offer generation.
Responsible for job postings on different portals, screening responses, interacting with the candidates and briefing them about the job profile and the company.
Domestic as well as global hiring within the stipulated time.
Hiring for positions from Entry level to senior level across all verticals and niche skills hiring.
Independently schedule walk-in and weekend drives.
Responsible for on-boarding of the new joinee including the joining documentation and induction process.
Preparing job descriptions as per the requirements of the hiring managers. Do market study to understand the best practices with respect to recruitment and talent management and their implementation. Update the candidate tracker & prepare reports for input to management.
Engage with the offered candidates until final joining & thereafter
Work on Talent Development and Career Progression initiatives.
Identify and refine down the most suitable talent from available candidates.
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews. Assess candidates information, including CVs, portfolios and references.
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.
Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
Post new positions on websites, job boards & social media.
Conduct / Coordinate Interviews.
Assist with Interview schedule and process. Send offer letters, complete documentation & onboard employees.
Collect and update database with new hire information.
Track performance, progress, priorities, and deadlines of various projects.
ADDITIONAL SKILLS REQUIRMENT
Desired Candidate Profile: Graduate / Post Graduate (MBA / PGDM in HR from a premier University/College).
Should have strong presentation and communication skills with experience in IT Recruitment
Strong interpersonal and people management skills.
Strong analytical and problem solving ability.
Should have excellent time management skills.
Should be flexible and adaptable with strong career aspirations.Ability to interface effectively at multiple levels in the organization and across different businesses.
