Job Description

Job Title: SAP PP Consultant
Primary Skill: SAP PP, QM or PM Module, Implementation Project
Secondary Skills (If any):
Experience Required: 6 Years
Job Description:
Experience in 2 to 4 end to end implementation projects in designing and configuring the processes in manufacturing- MTS, MTO, ETO,ATO, MRP-Live, DD-MRP, Production Execution (Discrete and REM) , Sales and Operations planning, Production planning, Capacity planning and scheduling, aATP, Kanban, batch and serial number management.
2 years of QM or PM module experience is a must.
Experience in implementing QR code, barcode and RFID in manufacturing process
Exposure in SAP activate methodology
Conduct various workshop (like solution architecture, Fit to Standard) with the business teams
Deep knowledge in setting up interfaces between SAP and non-SAP systems.
Deep integration knowledge with various other modules like Finance, Costing, Inventory Management, Procurement, Sales Quality management, Extended Warehouse Management and SAP IBP.
Knowledge in CPI-DS and SDI interface is an added advantage.
Knowledge in S/4HANA is an added advantage.
Should have experience in the processes adopted for custom developments (WRICEF), unit testing, function testing, integration testing and Go-live.
Must have expertise in data migration aspects to independently handle migration activities.
Must have expertise in cut over aspects to independently handle dark phase activities.
Knowledge of recognized quality tools and ABAP debugging and IBP experience will be a definite advantage.
