Job Description :
UST is looking for highly energetic and collaborative Presales Automation Architect with experience in building enterprise automation solutions and driving automation initiatives around Business and IT operations. They will join the Products and Platforms team in UST. The candidate should partner with Business and IT stakeholders at UST and with the customer to contribute, shape and deliver defined elements of the cognitive automation strategy and agenda. The candidate needs to identify and analyze the automation opportunities do the ROI analysis, work with the finance team on tailoring a pricing model and provide reporting on progress on projects/programs.
Responsibilities
.Contribute and participate in meetings with customerson product presentations
.Understand the business process requirements and perform lead qualification
.Lead and conduct workshops with customers to understand the systems / technology landscape, customer pain points and automation opportunities
.Preparation of automation roadmap and value realization plan
.Create, edit, review technical and commercial documents, diagrams, and other artifactsin response to RFPs & RFQs.
.Analyze architecture pain points to determine the best approach to provide automation solution
.Own and lead business opportunities including proposal and demo creation.
.Develop technical approach and proposal plans identifying the best solution meeting the requirements for a successful proposal
.Own and prepare detailed cost estimate, execution timeline and ROI to demonstrate the value of the solution to the customer.
.Experience in presenting technical solutions to the customer, emphasizing the paint points and expected value creation
.Create a library of reusable artifacts that can be leveraged for future proposals and presentations
.Wear many hats and gain experience with tools, technologies and platforms across many technology stacks.
.Work closely and share ideas with fellow architects, developers and project managers.
.Experience in working and collaborating with a global team
Mandatory Qualifications
.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems and/or equivalent work experience
.6+ years of software development experience (Preferably Java technologies)
.3+ years of experience in an architectural role designing, development, implementing solutions, and integrations.
.2+ years of experience working with presales within an organization creating proposals and presentations (Preferably pre-sales experience in product organizations)
.Excellent customer service with good verbal and written communication skills will be required to meet with clients on site and/or virtually to understand business problem and client specific solutions
.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to conceptualize and articulate ideas clearly and concisely
.Ideal candidate will have Design through Build project delivery experience
.Detail oriented, will be responsible for creating concise and complete documentation that will be used by other teams for execution/reference
.Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new business domains and technologies.
.Team player with strong organizational skills with the ability to adapt to change and learn from experience
.Expertise in planning and transitioning signed opportunities to the professional services team
.Ability to be proactive, find solutions, and meet deadlines
Desired Qualifications
.Knowledge in RPA tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism
.Knowledgeable with network design, components and computer systems interactions
.Experience in developing web applications using HTML, CSS and Java Script
.Experience with Microsoft and open-source technologies
.Experience with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and Jira
.Experience with containers (e.g. Docker & Kubernetes)
.Knowledge in cloud services offered by Azure and AWS
