Job Description :
Designs, develops, modifies, debugs and evaluates programs for functional areas, including but not limited to finance, human resources, manufacturing and marketing. Analyzes existing programs or formulates logic for new systems, devises logic procedures, prepares flowcharting, performs coding and tests/debugs programs. Develops conversion and system implementation plans. Prepares and obtains approval of system and programming documentation. Recommends changes in development, maintenance and system standards. Trains users in conversion and implementation of system. Note: May be internal or external, client-focused, working in conjunction with Professional Services and outsourcing functions. May include company-wide, web-enabled solutions.
Job Description:
Responsibilities and Duties include but not limited to:
- Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle
- Write well designed, scalable, testable, efficient code
- Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications
- Prepare and produce releases of software components
- Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review
Preferred Qualifications:
Education: BE/BTech/MCA/ME/MTech/MSc (IT)
Experience: 2-4 years

The candidate should have 2 to 4 years of experience in JAVA and JAVA family technologies
- Sound knowledge on using RDBMS (MYSQL/MSSQL/Oracle/...). Knowledge on MongoDB would be a plus poi
- experience working with complex applications with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment globally
- quick learner and adaptive to take any anew challenges that solves a business problem
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- the ability to resolve production issues on timely manner
- experience with the full software development life cycle predominantly with agile methodologies
- experience improving older code bases as well as in using modern design patterns
- strong written and verbal communication skills in English, and the desire to work together with stakeholders
- excellent research, investigation, and evaluation skills
