Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and guidance to Supervisors specializing in US residential Mortgage Domain - Subject matter expert across the entire US mortgage origination, Closing and Post closing processes - Responsible for service delivery and customer delight for multiple mortgage clients - Ensure process compliance with all business rules and regulatory directives . Perform trend analysis on MIS/Data and identify deficiencies (tools, metrics and reports) and recommend solutions ensure maintenance of processes and procedures to facilitate the same - Establish and monitor processes and systems in place to ensure high quality of delivery - Support the quality team to develop, implement and maintain a quality plan to standardize process quality systems and policies across locations - Establish strong relationship with clients - Ensure timely intervention and resolution of client escalations - Maximize same account revenue growth - Management reporting - Transition Experience (Onsite/Remote)
