Responsibilities
Excellent US Mortgage knowledge. Especially in Origination, Closing, Underwriting, Post Closing - Responsible for service delivery and customer delight for multiple process owners - Ensure process compliance with all business rules and regulatory directives - Ensure timely and effective monitoring, reporting and planning of Operational system - Perform trend analysis on MIS/Data and identify deficiencies (tools, metrics and reports) and recommend solutions ensure maintenance of processes and procedures to facilitate the same - Responsible for SLA's and any variances investigated and reported on - Manage and deliver against plans regularly on transitions - Support the quality team to develop, implement and maintain a quality plan to standardize process quality systems and policies across locations - Design and implementation of staff development plans along with the coordination of TL and HR, which provide sufficient motivation and reward, while delivering business targets Establish strong relationship with clients Ensure timely intervention and resolution of client escalations - Maximize same account revenue growth - Management reporting Transition Experience (Onsite/Remote)
