Responsibilities:
- Engage Technical SMEs and Senior Leads to conduct skills gap analysis.
- Design and drive training interventions like Technical Boot-camps, intermediate to advanced training sessions etc. Map out long-term training plans for internal teams.
- Learn and implement new tools/techniques and leading practices in training within team(s). Select educational methods, like eLearning tools, conferences, webinars, Virtual workshops and e-learning courses.
- Manage our LMS system and implement any features for improvement.
- Liaise with external partners and outsource training, as needed.
- Gather feedback from trainees and trainers after each session. Create smart dashboards with insights on business impact.
- Prepare cost reports for each learning program.
- Update curriculum database and training records systematically.
Qualifications:
- Proven 8-10 years work experience as a technical training Consultant,or similar role.
- Hands-on experience organizing corporate training events.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Software (LMS). Hand-On experience with at least one LMS implementation. Strong working knowledge of Icertis technical skills like c#, Dot Net, Azure etc.
- Prior experience with content authoring tool experience like Camtasia, Articulate etc.
- Knowledge of traditional and modern job training methods and techniques.
- Pleasant video presence, facilitation, and Excellent communication skills - highly proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Solid organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple trainings at the same time
- B.E/B Tech preferably with Comp Science. Post-graduation would be a bonus.
