Job Description
Role & Responsibilities-
1.Managing all the sales related activity of the company.
2.Writing up accurate and grammatically correct sales correspondence.
3.Tracking sales orders to ensure that they are scheduled and sent out on time.
4.Ordering and ensuring the delivery of goods to customers.
5.Supporting the field sales team.
6.Carrying out administrative tasks such as data input, processing information, completing paperwork and filing documents.
7.Resolving any sales related issues with customers.
8.Reporting and updating on progress to M.D regularly.
9.Increase the converting ratio of enquiries to the orders.
10.Follow up on all enquiries and prepare Quotations.
11.Completing the administrative needs of the Sales Department.
12. Making follow-up calls to confirm sales orders or delivery dates.
13. Responding to sales queries via phone, e-mail and in writing.
14.Customer service experience in an office setting.
Candidate Required Skills-
Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;
Good computer skills (MS Office).
Proficiency in English.
Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A team player with a high level of dedication.
