Assisting in the preparation of budgets
Managing records and receipts
Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions
Preparing balance sheets
Review and implement financial policies
Performing general accounting activities, including reconciliations, and assisting the
Chief Financial Officer with regular reporting and cash flow management
Maintaining and reporting on financial data from within accounting software andstudent enrolment databases.
Receiving and responding to finance enquiries
Preparing monthly payroll information, raising and tracking purchaseinvoices, and processing payments, in accordance with the Accounting Policy andProcedures Manual.
