Job Description

SENIOR AND JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT

FOR VARIOUS INDUSTRIES IN JAIPUR

Handling entire accounts receivable process for managing all customers; following up with debtors/sales team and ensuring maximum collection.
Preparation of collection report on daily basis and reconciliation of all A/c statement & Ledgers.
Prepration of GST returns i.e. GSTR-1, GSTR-3B.
Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement on monthly basis.
Executing month end closing activities and running various management information reports.
Looking After Imports Related work & foreign remittances.
Recording all transactions into Accounting Software i.e. Tally ERP-9.0
Coordinating with the C.A to prepare the financial statements.
