Job Description :
The candidate will be responsible to manage a team of graphic designers & video editors. Also, collaborate with other stakeholders to gather information on design requests and formulate a plan to deliver the task at hand.
Location: Gurgaon (Partial WFH)
Qualification / Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduates/Undergrads, B. Design, Other design/graphic courses
• At least 5+ years ofexperience in graphic, video & information design
• Knowledge of Web UI/UX
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography and design skills
• Portfolio of work

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage design team members (work allocation, work load balancing)
• Collaborate with the stake holders to gather project details & effectively allocate project responsibilities within design team members
• Ensure brand guilelines adherence
• Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends
