Job Description


  • Overall responsibility of all administrative and secretarial Works (Inter Office coordination, travel arrangements, bill payments, petty cash management, staff attendance and leave records, maintenance LAN network through IT dept, computation of IC referral charges, follow-up on suppliers, maintenance of inward /outward dispatch register, stock management and reordering).
  • To handle all inward telephone calls appropriately.
  • To take down messages whenever necessary and pass them to the respective individuals.
  • To assist in collection of business statistics from various locations as instructed.
  • To maintain absolute integrity with the organization and its members. Use and maintain all office equipments appropriately, especially those issued exclusively.
  • Maintain pleasant disposition at all times and be willing to attend to need of clients of the hospital beyond duty hours.
  • To organise self and office for effective response.
  • To participate and contribute to departmental quality initiatives.
  • To be aware of departments performance and objective.
  • To carryout data collection/support in data collection.
  • To adhere to the safety norms of hospital, follow both patient, and staff safety rules.
  • To perform any job / task as and when assigned by the superior.
