Experience : Min 1 yrs experience as Secretary / Personal Assistant
Roles & Responsibilities :
  • Assist Head Business Development, in daily operational and administrative activities, plan appointments,
  • events, calendar
  • Data mining, data-keeping for various projects
  • Preparing reports, updating databases and filing systems
  • The position is needed to assist Head BD & In Licensing, as there is a continuous need of data mining, information mining , data keeping, filing, updating databases, appointment scheduling, etc
