Locations in Bihar: North Lakhimpur , Chhapra , Motihari , Gaya, Bhagalpur , Begusrai, Muzaffarpur , Purnea , Patna, Dehri , Arrah, Saharsa

Handling trouble shooting, Networking, resolving Hardware issue.

Eligible to handle 50 + user.

Troubleshoot Printer issues and Network Printer Setup.

Maintain an inventory of parts for emergency repairs and perform root-cause analysis to resolve frequent failures.

Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, CCTV Surveillance systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.

Recommend changes to improve systems and network configurations, and determine hardware or software requirements related to such changes.

Handle daily technical support activities on desktop support, data network.

Setup computers and install software for various applications and programs.

Adhere to policies as per corporate manuals and directives
