Greeting from Allegis Group!!We are currently Hiring for the profile of TESTER with PWC
Experience range: 3-6 Yrs
Job Type: Full time permanent role
Interview Mode: Video interview
Job Location : Kolkata ,Bangalore ,Mumbai ,Pune, Delhi
Mandatory Skills-
Required Skills
Candidates should :
1. possess a strong knowledge of software quality assurance best practices & methodologies
2. be proficient in functional, integration and performance testing of software applications
3. have the analytical ability to understand and assimilate requirements, design and execute functional test cases
4. have an understanding of the software development lifecycle with focus on defect management lifecycle with exposure to tracking tools such as Azure DevOps/VSTS, Jira, HP ALM etc
5. be familiar with Agile development practices
6. should have experience of performing and leading test activities in application integration scenarios e.g. API testing, ESB/middleware based testing, data transformation validation, batch processes etc.
7. be familiar with load and performance testing using tools such as JMeter, HP Load Runner, VSTS Load
8. have knowledge of devising SQL queries, scripts to review data
Responsibilities would include:
1. Review project requirements and provide feedback
2. Create test plans and test strategy for system, integration and UAT phases
3. Perform work allocation to junior tester and perform review of work performed; provide guidance and help resolve impediments
3. Oversee and perform test activities including test planning, design test scenarios and test cases, test execution and providing feedback on the results of testing
4. Create, maintain and perform review of documentation related to test artefacts
5. Report and track defects across test phases based on severity and priority; produce detailed reports and test metrics for the testing team
