JD:
- Hands on experience on public cloud offerings (Azure preferred)
- Ability to use a wide variety of open source technologies and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Operations and stability of the environments in accordance with established procedures and best practices.
- Experience in configuring and managing enterprise monitoring and resource tracking systems
- Ability to automate operations
- Expertise in at least one of the scripting languages (Shell, Python )
- Experience in versioning tools like Git
- In-depth knowledge of System, Network and Application security principles and practices.
- Interest to explore & learn new applications for log management, messaging, bot mitigation, API management, Instrumentation etc.
Responsibilities Deliverables:
- Keep the customer-facing services available at top performance by using proactive monitoring tools and maintaining the constant health of the supporting systems.
- Manage the operations and stability of the environments in accordance with established procedures and best practices.
- Should be able to provide direction to the team in managing and automating operational dashboards and alerts
- Plan the team shift and rotations for 24/7 availability. Monitor and measure the team performance
- Coordination with cross functional teams (Dev, Test, Product management etc.,)
- Manage the expectation from stakeholders and adhere to the defined SLAs
