Project Coordinator I - Bengaluru/Bangalore @ HARMAN

Essential Responsibilities:

Ability to work/ assist virtual teams in multiple time zones and countries (i.e. U.S., India, China, etc.).

Being able to manage small size low and medium level projects

Collaborate and assist teams in their planning, execution, monitoring stages of the project

Track and facilitate action items, issues, dependencies, and risk items related to project

Provide status reports regarding the project progress

Develop, maintain & track project schedule, milestones, budget, cost, resources, & scope

Arrange/ Facilitate approval by Engineering and Product Management on project deliverables when required

Coordinate concept through final approval process of the creation of photo samples, artwork, user manuals and other product literature

Timely submit purchasing order request and follow up on approvals.

Coordinate timely submission of product and/or software samples for certification and testing as required

Basic Qualifications:

• Have a learning mindset and be open to learn and try new things. This role requires someone to be passionate to learn & your manager will lead you in this journey

• A well-organized and self-directed individual who is politically savvy and a team player. An intelligent and articulate individual who can relate to people at all levels of an organization and possesses excellent communication skills. A good educator who is trustworthy and willing to share information

• Education: Bachelors Degree

• Experience: Requires at least 0.5-1 years of project management experience in software development preferably in a mixed hardware and software environment using Agile project management methodologies.

• Nice to have experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, MS- Project
