Lead Engineer - Wireline services firmware
location Pune , Maharashtra , India

Role Summary : Essential Responsibilities :
Experience with application of microprocessors , microcontrollers and digital signal processors (TI
family preferred)
Experience to create software / firmware architecture and object oriented designs
Proficient in programming languages Assembly , C , and C++
Track record of developing applications using real- time operating systems
Hands on experience with operating systems - Windows , UNIX , Linux
Knowledge of Agile software development methodology
Software testing and code documentation skills are preferred
Knowledge of Digital Oscilloscope / Logic analyzer , function generator , test point probing
Basic PC programming skills to build test applications using LabViewQualifications / Requirements :
Bachelor of Computer Engineering from a recognized university with excellent academic record
with minimum 6 years experience
Masters degree in the field of Computer Engineering is preferred
Technical knowledge of wireline services products used in the oil and gas industry
Experience of working with a wide range of stakeholders including operations , sourcing , Product
management and Project management organizations
Experience of working in a matrix , multicultural environmentDesired Characteristics :
Clear written and verbal communication skills in English
Project Management Skills
Ability to work autonomously within strategic guidelines
Ability to work to strict deadlines
Presentation skills
Skills in the use of Microsoft office packages
Skills in the use of SAP would be beneficial
Skilled in identifying process improvements
Planning and problem solving skills
Ability to work in a team and use own initiative
