Qualifications and Experience

Health Information Exchange Developer

• The primary purpose of this role is to perform Technical and Functional Specification, Design, Coding, Testing, Documentation in the areas of Development, Maintenance and Support of Health Information Exchange
• Learn, Design and develop solutions using Intersystems HealthShare
• Preferred Experience
• Intersystems HealthShare/Ensemble/Cache
• Healthcare experience
• HL7v2, CCD/CDA, FHIR
• PowerShell Scripts
• Power BI or Tableau, Power Apps, Microsoft Flow (Power Automate)

Qualifications -

Required -

• BA or BS degree preferred and/or other relevant combination of training and experience
• 4-8 years experience as software developer; preferred for the Healthcare setting
• 5+ years experience with Intersystem stack of technologies.
• 3+ years experience working with SQL in Cache (Indexing/Performance Optimization/Queries/Stored Procedures/Views) developing scalable and secure solution design and development using best practices
• 1+ years design and development experience with REST/SOAP API development and consumption
• 1+ years experience developing XSLTs

Preferred -

• Healthcare experience
• InterSystems Ensemble / Healthshare
• Cloud Services Solution development and implementation knowledge
• Knowledge of Data Engineering concepts with hands on with Machine Learning, Analytics Dashboards and Reporting
• Experience of working in highly dynamic teams using agile methodologies
• Experience with other programming languages C#, Python, JavaScript, JavaScript Frameworks (Angular / Node / React)
• Experience with HTML, XSLT
• Experience with CSP, Zen, MUMPS, DeepSee
