Job Description
Experience 5 Years experience of Managing, Troubleshooting of Voice Infra.
- Bachelors degree in information technology related field of study Or Graduate.
- Strong understanding of Voice infrastructure and hardware.
- Ability to think through problems and visualize solutions.
- Ability to implement, administer, and troubleshoot Voice infrastructure devices, including IVR, Recording etc.
- Knowledge of Altitdude, AVAYA and SBC.
- Providing on call support to team for escalated issues Voice over IP.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and escalate production problems affecting the global network and systems infrastructure.
- Perform vendor interaction with internal and external support organizations.
- Deploy, configure and maintain a variety of voice technologies including: Avaya, Altitude etc.
- Provide Tier 1, 2 operational support for deployed technologies.
- Ability to create accurate Voice network diagrams and documentation for design and planning of voice communication systems.
- Provides specific detailed information for hardware and software selection.
- Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and internet resources.
- Ability to work with all levels of staff within and outside of IT and outside the organization.
- A self-starter able to work independently but comfortable working in a team environment.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Dependable and flexible when necessary.
- Knowledge on LAN, EPBX, Database
- Should be able to communicate in English with internal Team, Client and Vendors.
- Candidate should be able to handle Voice Audit and should be able to close all Audit related points.
- Perform vendor interaction with internal and external support organizations.
Salary : INR 500000/- (depends on last drawn CTC)
