Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Contract labour allocation as per approval from Corporate office.
Recruitment - up to trainees.
Joining formalities
Facilitating induction / orientation programs.
Time office management - both on-roll and contract workers.
Preparation of daily attendance and overtime data and get approval from concerned HODs.
Prepare salary inputs for computation of salary at Corporate office.
Verification of contract workers attendance and overtime.
Organise training as per plan.
Preparation and maintenance of training records.
Creation of ESIC IP for new joinees.
Opening bank account for new joinees.
Maintenance of personal files of all the employees.
Maintenance of database of all the contract workers.
Maintenance of all statutory registers and records.
Organising employee engagement and rewards and recognition at unit.
General administration and canteen administration.
5S - Overall score more than 90%.
Issuing of ID cards for new employees.
Zero accidents, regular safety audit, mock fire drill training, maintenance of fire extinguishers.
Ensure proper accounting and timely payment of all HR and administration related expenses.
Ensure all agreements related to HR are live.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education : MSW / MBA in HR.
Age : 25 years to 28 years.
Experience : 2 to 3 years.
Good in communication (oral and written communication) and computer skills.
Candidates willing to relocate and stay in and around Vapi are preferred.
