International Non voice process - Night shift @ Sitel

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of Experience in Chat support.
• Answer Customer queries Via chat, covering a full range of Clients products and services including obtaining all information necessary for resolution of transaction.
• Besides assisting the customer queries need to figure out the potential and close sales over every chat
• Should be very good in typing with 40 WPM.
• Should be able to take multiple chats at the same time (Average 4 to 7 chats)
• Identify the Customer Escalation and act according to it.
• Must communicate to the Customers Effectively over chat.
• Must be good In terms of written and verbal communication.
• Must be an analytical and a logical thinker to solve customer queries and issues.

Working Days : 5 Days a week

Shift timings : Totally Rotational Night shifts

Week offs : Any 2 days

NOTE:

• The mode of Interview Will be VIRTUAL ONLY.
• we are looking for Immediate Joiners.
• The Candidate must be based out of CHENNAI ONLY. Out stationed candidates shall be considered as a direct reject.
