- In this challenging role of India Market Data Steward you drive business value creation by data improvement activities and business consultancy on data working closely with Product Marketing, Supply Chain, Sales teams, FA Controllers in Market India.
- You are the linking pin with the Market India stakeholders and proactively drive data governance, daily management and continuous improvement. You monitor performance and data quality based on KPIs using processes, services and tools designed by the Data Domain and Data Quality Leads.
- You make sure that the Data Models and Process as designed by the Domains fit with Market India business.
- You support, deploy and ensure execution of commercial data management processes in Market India. Managing the data activities around Product, Pricing, Customers, Vendors and product lifecycle management.
- You foster partnerships with the business and functions.
- You align with all stakeholder on demand and priority
In this role, your main responsibilities will be:
Data Quality (50%)
- Drive Data Governance (incl. data quality and compliancy), continuous improvement
- Ensure that data management processes run as designed
- Support domain with regional insights
Operational Excellence (30%)
- Aligns internally with service organisation
- Report out on service level performance
- Aligns/signs SLA with business
Business Partnering (20%)
- Understands Business needs, drive demand, requests, new services, prioritization
- Support programs/projects with (local) business readiness (organization, processes, RACIs), deployment
- Align with Reporting Insights and Advanced Analytics on activities
- Manage escalations
With a dedicated f on Market India in close cooperation with the Domain and Regional teams.
- At least 5 years of experience within a similar role
- Education: Bachelor or Master s in information technology, Supply Chain or Marketing
- Strong affinity with data management as key enabler for marketing and supply chain excellence
- Affinity with IT and business applications in complex environment
- Experience in data management in SAP + preferably 1 or more of WMS, MCM, and local systems
- Knowledge of the Lighting product, business models and product portfolio
- Quality mind-set: f on process excellence and data quality
- Good interpersonal skills: active, open, motivational style, challenging the status quo, being confident, nice, optimistic, feeling down to earth
- Strong communication, analytical and presentation skills
