1. To do outgoing calls to customers for lead generation
2. Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using
scripts
3. To identify the portfolio and requirement of the prospective customers
4. To handle the queries of the customers
5. To categorize the prospective leads and pass on to the sales team
6. To co-ordinate with the sales team for meetings
7. Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
8. To maintain the MIS and reports
Required Skills :
1. Minimum Graduate
2. Minimum 6 Months of experience in telecalling, customer service and client handling
