Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plan to set and achieve sales targets and to expand the company's corporate customer base.
- Cold calling; corporate sales, B2B - making multiple outbound calls to potential corporate clients; closing sales and working with client through closing process
- The individual will develop and execute sales plans for target accounts and interaction with senior management in the client organizations & present Data Science products & services.
- Understanding client needs and offering analytics training and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions, responding to client requests for proposals.
- Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining database (Sales force, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information.
- Area Mapping, cold calling, prospecting, negotiation, freezing on commercials and closing of deals with necessary documentations. The ideal candidate must be equipped with a strong Analytics business development experience and good B2B sales strategy background.
- Selling the company products to current and potential customers
- Effective management of the state sales representatives under him and ensuring that targets are met.
- Preparing monthly targets for each Regional Sales Manager & Territory Sales Representative.
Also preparing a consolidated sales target for the entire state.
- Monitoring daily status reports including activity/ closings/ follow-up, and adherence to targets for the state.
- Monitoring weekly status reports including activity/ closings/ follow-up, and adherence to targets for the state.
- Promoting company brands by establishing contacts with clients.
- Establishing strong working relations with potential clients.
- Maintaining complete product knowledge
- Maintaining knowledge about the company brand vis-a-vis its competitors.
- Assist in collecting sales market data for the company product and its competitors.
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate have at least 5 years of Experience . More than 5 years of experience will get Preference & have entrepreneurial zeal to build new market, B2B, Corporate Sales, Analytics Sales and Marketing experience with hands on experience of entire sales cycle.
