Roles and Responsibilities :
# All Generalist HR Activities
# Coordinate with site HR and provide HR support for arranging the Employee data
# HR MIS & Dashboard Updation on regular basis, as per ongoing requirements
# Support to Payroll Team in providing all the required inputs for preparation of salaries
# Handling Site employee Queries & grievances
# Employee Engagement activities
# Training & Development
# Performance Management System (assisting in deploying of KRA/KPI at site level)
# Change Management & Organization Development
Educational Requirements
# MBA in HR is a must
# Good Computer knowledge, MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint
# Internet Savvy
# Hindi Speaking is a must (compulsory)
Minimum 3 years of working experience in HR department
Should be able to communicate in Hindi & English
Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast paced & challenging environment
