Greetings from Hexaware BPS!

We have openings for Sr Desktop L1 Engineer & LEAD Desktop profile as well in Hexaware BPS located in Navi Mumbai.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Diagnosing and resolving all type technical issues of AD, DNS, DHCP & WSUS
• Hands-on experience on Backup Application & Server Hardware
• Should have experience in End User Support
• Strong knowledge in troubleshooting
• Single point of contact for all IT day to day tasks
• Willing to work extra hours
• Should have team handling experience
• Ensuring security and upgrades are applied to IT Assets and kept up to date
• Taking ownership of technical issues, and working with our Development group to resolve more
• Good team Player

Qualifications

• Preferably computer science graduation or similar experience.

Work Experience:

• Should have minimum Three to Four year of experience

Location:

• Mumbai

Office timings:

• Flexible to work in 24/7 shifts

Salary:

Upto 3 Lac CTC (Depends on last drawn CTC)
