SAP HANA Developer/Specialist @ NTT Data

As a member of the ECS Nestle Technical Service Management, the associate will be responsible for overall Operations of Live Nestle systems.

The SAP Basis DB Operational team needs the skill set required to support a range of SAP systems including ABAP, Java stack, DB Non-NetWeaver systems. The associate would be responsible to Operate (Alert Incident management, Service request/change request management, upgrades maintenance) the Nestle systems according to the ECS standard and sometimes non-standard procedures as requested by the Nestle stakeholders.

Associate will be majorly responsible for

• Ensure high availability of customer service by supporting service restoration in critical situation
• Operate SAP technology-based system landscapes to achieve ambitious SLA requirements
• Deep dive on issues including creation or support of the creation of RCAs
• Analyze current operational procedures and come up with proposals for improvement
• Collaborate with different teams from within the ECS organization and outside to ensure excellent customer satisfaction
• Ability to own and coordinate operational tasks, customer escalations, process improvements.
• Support delivery teams to perform and drive root cause analysis to completion
• Proactive follow-up on the tickets created for the issues encountered
• Knowledge sharing within the team and with larger audience of the technical and process aspect.
• Responsible for proper documentation, definition of technical operational concepts and guidelines for the implemented SAP landscapes
