Job description -
The Contact Center Platform Senior Developer will be responsible to Implement, Configure & Maintain Genesys contact center solutions.
Must Have:
Configuring multi-channel/omni-channel setups including Reporting, QM, WFM, SIP Integration, e-Services, Social Messaging.
- Strong Hands-on experience and extensive knowledge of call center environments and routing (voice, email and chat) with specific knowledge and experience with Genesys CX Solutions (Engage/Connect/Cloud) (or/and) NICE inContact applications and routing
- Excellent understanding of SIP & ISDN Technologies.
- Familiar with Integration of Genesys/NICE with third party systems, CRM, PBX, VoiceGateways
- Ability to develop Basic IVR & Routing applications & report customization
- Strong knowledge of VoIP, networking, and security (SRTP/TLS) concepts
- Ability to perform advanced SIP debugging with Wireshark and other tools. Capture and analyze SIP and RTP traces to isolate and resolve issues
- Ability to drive & lead the engagement with minimal supervision and should be able to work independently from onshore/offshore.
- Experience in key activities like Requirements Gathering & driving solution implementation
- Experience in defining target state architecture and best practices for solutioning including Documentation standards
- Experienced in working in Agile methodology
- Hands-on experience in Database ETL (TSQL), Java, JS, PowerShell, Python etc on Technologies like XML, REST, JSON, OAuth2
- Identify new enhancements and upgrades for customers
- Interested to learn new platforms and technologies
