Resource Allocation
Need an MBA HR candidate for Resource Management along with good communciation skills, will have to talk to onsite counterparts hence communciation (both verbal and written) is important
Should be flexible to work in shifts, as it might involve EST overlap.
Should have good knowledge of HR processes.
Role: 1. Will be responsible for end to end internal staffing/resource management for allotted accounts which includes planning, identifying and allocating resources for projects.
2. Will have to interact with delivery managers to understand resource requirement
3. Will have to interact with resources/employees for explaining projects and setting/managing on role, technology and domain.
4. Coordinate with various departments like recruitment, training, visa and employee relations for smooth functioning of GRM activities
5. Will have to work on multiple reports hence needs to be adept with MS-Excel
