Job Description
Role: Asst. Manager / Manager, Data Operations Team
Location: Mumbai, India
Experience:5-8 years
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage team of data analysts ensuring team is meeting productivity targets while ensuring quality and timeliness
- Design trainings, conduct training sessions, ensure smooth on-boarding of new joiners
- Manage timely data collection to update operations metrics to achieve productivity targets, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent results
- Work allocation to team members and daily review of data processed in terms of quality and quantity
- Collate data from multiple sources, ensure data coverage and completeness
- Review and study data, identify patterns and generate meaningful insights as expected by stakeholders.
- Interpret stakeholder reporting requirements, analyse data, and provide outgoing reports
- Grow the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organizations internal capacity
- Document end to end processes, workflows and standard operating procedures.
- Prepare daily weekly MIS reports & Dashboards
- Support in conducting UATs , data annotations and ML data training ; be comfortable with working on tools supporting AI / ML algorithms
- Adept in understanding existing gaps in tool, assess criticality and based on which suggest feature enhancements, automation techniques to bring in greater efficiencies
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols within the team
- Monitor the performance and quality control plans to identify improvements
Work Experience / Knowledge:
- 5 - 8 years of experience
- Graduate/MBA
- Experience in the Media & Entertainment sector or e-Commerce will be preferred
- Experience with metadata/ data governance tools
- Impeccable written & spoken English, communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills
