Job Description
- Basic Engineering (PID), Detail Engineering
- Development finalization of Equipment, Piping Layout, Sizing and selection of equipment, GA Drawings, BOM and as-built drawings
- Technical review 3D Model / layout with clients
- Preparation of Piping Material Specifications (PMS) and Basic Piping Calculations
- Review and issue of Plant Layout, Piping layout, Piping Isometric drawings, Support sketches
- Review of Vendor documents to ensure compliance to project specification
- Ability to prepare and update 3D model per preliminary GA drawing, Detail general arrangement drawings and fabrication drawings
- Prepare Cleat location drawings (attached pipe supports, cable tray supports, instrument support, etc.)
- Prepare and update models per actual project specific drawings
- Prepare Skid General Arrangement Drawings per the project specifications, at a minimum containing overall dimension, anchoring details, piping and electrical tie points with tags and schedule, weights, COG, equipment tags, notes and tolerances
- Create piping isometric drawings per project requirement with weld map identification on-skid off-skid
- Prepare field weld location identification and drawings based on equipment / valve / instrument interface
- Ensure compliance with Regulatory Technical requirements, applicable international codes standards, Regulations Good Engineering Practices
Skills Experience Required:
- Design of various packages- Compressor, Pump Skids, Water System
- Should be able to do Piping Library / catalogue management
- Piping interface / Termination point nozzle load calculations and report
- Piping and equipment nozzle load calculation and report
- Should have hands on experience on preparing Heat tracing layout
- Should have knowledge and exposure on drainage pipe network, utility lines (water, air, potable) network
- Should be able to perform Pipe Stress analysis
- Should be able to update piping 3D model per pipe stress analysis
