Roles and Responsibilities
Greetings !!This is with reference to your resume which matches our requirement for HR Executive/Sr.Executive Position in our HR wing and your expertise matches our requirements.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Position : HR Executive/Sr.Executive
Job Profile :
- Well-versed knowledge & Experience in nd Time office ,Payroll(HRMS) , Statutory Compliance like Factories Act,ESIC, EPF, CLRA, Gratuity, Bonus, Maternity LWF , PT and other Labour laws .
- Constitute and participate with Safety Committee, Canteen Committee, Kaizen Committee and System Committee.
- Contractor Labour Management.(Under the CLRA Act 1970 and Rules 1975)
- Labour Compliance's with relevant applicable laws
- Liaison with Inspectorate and other Govt. officials, like Department Pollution, Health & Safety, Labour Department, ESI&EPF enforcement officers and Local Municipalities etc,
- Welfare Activities etc.,
- Having experience in Building/Factory Drawing Approval Process from various Government Authorities like Inspector of Factories, Pollution Board, Electricity Board etc,. and Environment Effluence Waste Management like PCB etc will be added advantage
Qualification : MBA/MHRM
Experience : Candidate should have a Minimum of 1-6 years experience in the relevant field
