Job Description

Controlling income and expenditure.
Closing of Books of Accounts
Auditing financial information
Administering payrolls and
Compiling and presenting reports, budgets, business plans, commentaries and financial statements.
Ensuring timely filing and assessment of direct & indirect tax returns such as GST, Income Tax, TDS etc.
Evaluating internal control systems / procedures with a view to highlight the shortcomings and implementing necessary recommendations for mitigating the same
Looking after a wide spectrum of finance & accounts activities encompassing finalization of accounts, cash-flow management, general accounting, and taxation and auditing.
Liaised with the bank in connection with L/ C opening, bank guarantee etc.
Accelerated the monthly reconciliation process through measures such as bank reconciliation/party reconciliation
Coordinated & followed-up with customers for the collection of overdue / long outstanding accounts
