Database Administrator @ Standard Chartered

Job Description

• 6 to 10 years of experience working as a Postgres /Oracle DBA (versions 10, 11, 12c)
• Experience in building, maintaining, Performance tuning, Database Upgrades, Database patching and optimizing in VM/cloud Infrastructure
• 5+ years experience in Performance Tuning
• 5+ years experience of complex backup/recovery setups for large databases (20TB+)
• Knowledge in Oracle database upgrades and CPU patches Superb verbal and written skills with excellent attention to customer service
• Experience in disaster recovery practices and procedures
• Background in cloud (DaaS) or consolidated environments desired. Demonstrate ability to overcome operational challenges
