Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Our client is a 5-year-old travel and hostel space providing platform, a Youth Hotel chain, where the spaces are designed for work and leisure. Their mission is to provide quality spaces for youths looking for hostel options and to other travelers across locations in India. They provide clean and hygienic dorms and private rooms along with different facilities like Wi-fi, travel helpdesk, fully stocked kitchens, lockers and laundry services, etc.
They are currently providing 800 beds in 13 locations, and plan to add another 1600 in the next few months, with the aim to add at least a lac bed in the near future. The spaces offered by them are highly rated by their customers and are preferred over other competitors for the location and services offered within a decent budget. Invested by some very well known names across Asia, it provides their team with a work culture that thrives on modern yet social and explorative values.
- Cold calling through naukri or other portals and scheduling interviews, hiring operations etc
- Doing strategic planning and hiring + college tie ups etc
- Managing End to End Recruitment.
- Understanding requirements of every department
- Finding candidates & fostering long-term relationships
- Creating new recruitment strategies (Employing recruiting methods to attract candidates)
- Posting jobs on Job Portals & LinkedIn.
- Taking Telephonic round of candidates, briefing them about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job as well as more about the company profile before sending them to the next level for interview.
- Handling the tasks of managing job offer process and negotiating salary structure as well as finalizing arrangements between candidates and the clients.
- Taking various follow-ups of the candidates at different stages of recruitment process i.e Interview, Shortlisting, Offer made, Joining...etc
- After joining making sure that the candidate is satisfied with his job role
- Maintaining a complete record of interviews and new hires.
- Staying up-to-date with current recruiting methods.
Desired Candidate Profile
What you need to have:- IHM graduates, people from restaurants, hotels and hospitality startups
- Candidates must have done multiple hiring - for hotels & restaurants
- Good knowledge of Job portals.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadlines
- Experience as recruitment consultant, HR consultant or similar position
- Understanding of sourcing and recruiting techniques
- Outstanding communication ability
- Confident and pleasant personality
- Well-organized
- Ability to work with targets
