Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Implementing the RPA systems across Bank.

RPA program coding and implementations
Work with project team to analyze and assess automation feasibility.
Configuration of Automation process components, including process flows, control objects, exception handling etc.
Preparation and facilitation of process design related to robotics process, validation rules and reports.
Analyze and automate various processes using new, cutting-edge technologies that Bank is currently implementing, and which are growing very fast on a global scale.
Ability to architect process automations and use cases
Write & maintain data process flows
Ability to work on Surface Automation
Planning, design, testing, prototyping and implementation of enhancements, control and tuning of pre-built automation processes
Support all applications development effort involving RPA tools
Assistance with data conversion and interfacing activities
Work on diverse, challenging projects and build expertise in the Robotics Process Automation

Desired Candidate Profile

Educational Qualifications

Essential Post Graduate

Technical skill and experience to write and maintain coding standards
Must have experience in implementing or supporting two end-to-end RPA projects
Strong knowledge in VB Script, C/C++
Should have knowledge in .NET / C#
Working knowledge of Relational Database (MS SQL/ Oracle DB)
Working knowledge in excel and macros
Working knowledge of any automation process
Working knowledge of any Data warehousing tool
Must be comfortable working in an environment where ideas are challenged
Should know how to align resources to achieve desired results
Consulting & Communication Skills
Written and spoken English, with confidence to manage escalated issues with senior clients and leadership in a professional manner
E2E Software Development Lifecycle Experience
Handle ambiguity and able to move forward with imperfect information and get things done in a rapidly changing environment

Experience Required

3-4 years of experience in the relevant industry
