Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- 5+ years of Testing process and Methodologies in Agile with good understanding of Test strategy, Test planning, Test management and Defect management.
- Minimum 5+ years of strong hands-on experience in Automation testing using Selenium / TestNG / Cucumber/ Protractor.
- Extensive experience in designing / Customization of automation frameworks using Keyword Driven, Hybrid.
- Strong knowledge of Java and OOPS concepts.
- Well versed in Maven, Jenkins- Continuous Integration experience.
- Good experience in BDD with exposure in Cucumber.
- Experience in Web Services testing using Rest assured, Postman and SOAP UI.
- Should have good knowledge on continuous testing.
- Responsible for developing and executing test scripts in automation (Protractor framework).
- Provide technical expertise and thought leadership in defining, developing, and governing the automation testing.
- Support team of QA engineers to develop and maintain test practices for functional/non-functional, regression, user acceptance, security, test data, and integration tests, with focus on process, tools, and industry best practices.
- Design, monitor, and analyze test results and defects, and use quality metrics such as defect leakage, test effectiveness, and root cause analysis to drive improvements.
- Review user stories/specifications to ensure complete requirements for testing.
